Barbeque Beef Burgers




You need
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
8 hamburger buns

Procedure

In a kitchen machine grind onion and beef.
Add flour, ketshup, mustard, salt and pepper and mix.
Add sour cream and mix again.
Shape it into large disks.

Now your burgers are ready for barbeque.
Serve on lightly-toasted burger buns.
