Beef and Rice


• 1/2 kg ground beef
• 3/4 cup chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped bell
• 2 cups minute rice
• 1 large can tomatoe paste
 1/2 kg  frozen mixed vegetables pack

• black peper
• garlic
• hot red chilly powder
• fresh parsley


Brown beef in 4 spoons of vegetable oil in skillet.
Add onion and green pepper and mix for 5 minutes.
Drain off excess grease.
Stir in tomato past and seasoning
Add tomato paste to beef then add 1 cup of water and frozen vegetables heat till it's cooked 

To cook rice

In a cooking pan put 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil then fry rice for 5 minutes then add 2 cups of boiled water.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
