Chicken nuggets




You need

1 kg boneless, skinless
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt

For Batter

1cup wheat flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup crunched bread
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Procedure

  • Marnate chcken after cutting to small pieces in garlic and all spices for 1 hour
  • Beat egg white very well till it becomes fluffy and add wheeat  flour and mix gently
  • Dip marinated chicken pieces in the mixture
  • Coat with a mixture of bread crunches, corn flour and rice flour.
  • Deep fry to golden colour
