Chicken Pizza


2 pounds wheet flour "around 1 kg"
2 tbsp dry yeast
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
warm water

For topping

Cubed cooked chiken breasts
Onion cut into rings
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 cups provolone cheese
Green or black olives


In a large bowl add all dry ingredients together
Pour warm water slowly and mix till it forms a soft dough
Cover it with plastic cling and leave it for 30 minutes
Divide to 4 parts and spread in trays covered with oil
Spread pizza sauce
Add chicken cubes and onion rings
Decorate with olives
Put cheese on top
Bake  for 40 minutes at 335 F
