Egyptian Musaka’a

This is one of the special delicious egyptian dishes which you can eat it hot or cold.

You need

1 large eggplant
6 chilli peppers
5 tomatoes
A small onion.
Vegetalble oil
salt and sugar


1- Cut the onion into cubes, then fry it in some oil with smashed garlic (half spoon).
2- Mix the tomatoes after cutting with 1 chilly pepper and some garlic
3- add the tomatoe juice and half a cup of water to the fried onions and leave them to boil for 15 minutes   
4- add salt as required and 1-2 spoons of sugar
5- cut the egg plant and chilli peppers left and fry them in oil then mix the whole things together and leave them for 5 minutes then eat.
