Egyptian Pot Roast


1kg  roast beef cut to cubes, trimmed of fat
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions sliced
1 garlc head
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced tomato
salt and paper up to taste


1- Heat a cooking pot and add oil and brown meat cubes
2- Add onions and garlic cloves
3- Cover the pot and reduce heat, leave it for about 10 minutes or till it starts to stick in the pan
4- Add tomatoes and mix well and add spices
5- Pour 1/2 cupof water and mix
6- Keep adding water till the meat is cooked
7- Leave it till the saus becomes heavey
8- Add diced pepper
