Fattoosh Salad




Ingredients

For salad

1 large diced tomatoes
2 diced cucumbers
1/2 cup cut onion
3 roman lettuce heart
a bunch of parsley
a bunch of coriander leaves
2 pita breads
black olives and baby tomatoes for decoration

For dressing

3 tbsp lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dried sumac
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

Procedure

1- In a bowl mix all vegetables except baby tomatoes and olives
2- In a small bowl mix all spices with salt , lemon juice, cumin and sumac 
3- Cut pita bread into small strips and fry in deep oil
4- mix bread with vegetables
5- add dressing sauce and decorate with baby tomatoes and olives
