Frank Rolls


10 hot-dogs
3 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
warm water
1/2 a cup of ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp hotsauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Vegetable oil


In a bowl, soak the hot-dogs in ketchup, mustard, hotsauce and soya sauce
In another bowl put whole wheat flour and salt
Pour warm water slowly and mix with your hand till you have a soft dough
Leave it for 10 minutes
Divide the dough into 10 pieces
Press each piece till you get 2mm thick disks
Put 1 piece of hot-dog in each disk and roll over
Make sure it's all covered with dough
Deep fry in oil to golden colour
