Kibba (Stuffed beef balls)



Ingredients

3 cups bulgur "or wheat dalia"
4 tsp cornstarch
1kg "2pounds" ground lean beef meat
3 cups chopped onion
1tsp spice powder (cinamon, nutmeg, cocunder)
1tsp toasted cumin powder
2tsp salt
2 tsp blach pepper powder
Oil for frying

Stuffing

you can stuff it with:
1- Meat:  (1 kg "2pounds" ground beef meat, 1 cup finally chopped onion, 1tsp salt, 1tsp black peper, peanuts , butter) In a pan put 2tbsp butter, onion and peanut and fry for 2 minutes then add ground meat, salt and pepper and stir for 10 minutes.
2- Cheese (Kraft cheese)
3- Smashed potatoes (Boil 4 large potaoes, smash it then add salt and pepper. Mix smashed seasoned potatoes with 1 egg and 2 tbsp butter butter)


Procedure

1- Soak bulgur in water for 20 minutes.
2- Drain it in a stainer and make sure that all water is removed.
3- In a bowl, mix together meat, onions, spices and salt.
4- Add drained bulgur and mix.
5- Place in a mixer and grind to a paste. (add iced water if required)
6- to make thw kebba, shape the paste into egg-sized balls with oiled hand and make a hole in the center.
7- Stuff with 1 tbsp of stuffing then close it.
8- Deep fry in oil to brown colour.
