Meat muffins

One of the best ways to cook meat for your kids.

You need

1/4 kg (1/2 pound) ground lean meat
1 slice bread 
1 small onion
1 small red bell pepper
grease for the muffin pan
bread crumbs
1 egg
a little amount of salt and black pepper
some milk


  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Soften bread with milk
  • Finely dice onion and red pepper
  • Grease a muffins pan 
  • Squeeze out bread and knead together with ground meat, red pepper, egg, onion and season with salt and pepper
  • Knead in bread crumbs to make mixture firm enough
  • Divide evenly to muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes.
