Oven Potato Wedges

You need

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Skinned potatoes
Crushed  dried rosemary


  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Brush potatoes throughly in water with a brush
  • Dry potatoes and cut into 8 wedges
  • In a bowl, mix oil , salt and rosemary 
  • Rub cut edges of potatoes in seasoned oil
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes
