Pumpkins with sweet white sauce


2 Pounds pumpkin "1kg"
3 Cups sugar
1/2 L fullcream milk
2/3 cup unsalted butter
4 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 cup nuts


1. Cut pumkins into small cubes
2. In a cooking pan, place pumpkins and 2 cups of sugar
3. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes
4. Add coconuts, nuts and 1/3 cup of sugar and stir
5. Pour the mixture into a tray
6. In another pan, melt butter and add flour and stir as you're adding milk slowly
7.Add vanilla and 1 cup of sugar and keep stirring till you get creamy mixture
8. Spread the white sauce on the top of pumpkin
9. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 335 F
