Rice and lintel


3 cups rice
3 cups yellow split lintel beans
a big diced onion
5 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 cups boiled water
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1tsp salt
1 piece of chilly pepper


Fry diced onions in vegetable oil
Pick fried onions out of oil
Use the same oil in a deep cooking pan
Put rice after rinsing in oil and fry it for 5 minutes
Boil 3 cups of water and salt
Pour boiled water into the cooking pan and stir till water disappears
Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes
Put Fried onions and mix
Serve it with sauce

For sauce

In a skillet fry garlic in 1 tbsp cooking oil
Add tomato paste and 1 cup of water
Cut the chilly green pepper into little pieces and add it to the sauce
Let it on medium heat for 7 minutes
