Roasted Chicken

You need

A whole chicken
1 cup flour
5 tbsp salt
1 ripe tomato
1 chopped onion
1tbsp green ment
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt


  • Wash the chicken very well with flour and salt
  • Rinse it very well and leave it in a sieve for 15 minutes
  • blend tomato, onion, garlic and mint n a blender
  • Add spices, 1tsp salt and mustard and blend again
  • Spread the mixture allover the chicken in and out
  • Refrigerate it the whole night
  • Fill 1/2 a glass bottle with water
  • Insert the bottle in the chicken and put it upright in a tray
  • Roast it in 350F oven for 1 hour
